And the experience by many is- every action done on Qiwa etc takes itself 1-2 hours to get updated! Till that time it keep giving error messages! Seems they need to work on back end connectivity of Qiwa system with several portals like MOI or any Legal etc.. which keep pulling data and update further to Qiwa- Till that time, system flashes msg error and asks to try again. yes- System is slow- and they need to still work on it....

After accepting transfer request from Another employee it will go on 90 day’s probation period because my Iqama is valid during this period can I cancel the transfer request and wait for another request after Iqama expiry

Hi- There is another sub condition in this itself. Current employer do not terminate in system. But allows to transfer to new Sponsor within agreed time say 4-6 weeks etc. How do we treat such case. This must be speedy and fact actually!?? Its experienced that Qiwa portal responds or allows to work after one log ins for several times. Its very slow and probably loaded due to heavy interlinked departments portals...

Issue is solved; if we have no contract active and iqama valid, after new contract accepted status went to 90 days to complete notice period; i requested to previous company they accept the request of transfer and query solved

@adilsabu Dear, If your iqama is valid and have no valid contract, you can request a new company contract. Once you accept a 90-day notice period, it will start the transfer period. Meanwhile, the transfer request goes to your company for getting released because your iqama is valid. If the previous employer give release then within 24 hours and continue time period till 90days, your transfer is done. Otherwise, wait 90 days and the transfer will automatically
