I'd move out with my parents ever witnessed me doing something like this. Like, right now i feel embarassed for her. But at least it shows that they support her and what she loves to do, it i ever become a vtuber i can never tell my parents, because they're gonna yell and make me give up saying that it is not a real job, i have to become a lawyer, etc.

@@duxae1617 I'm from Brazil and we have a job where you're pratically a "State's lawyer" or even a "federal lawyer", sorry i don't know how to explain it in english and don't know a similar job to compare other than lawyer. But, they make a lot of money and depending where you work, you have at least 3 months of vacation and barely have much to do, somedays you just go there to say "Hi, i'm here, will be waiting for my paycheck next month", you can also work from another country, i know that there are some of these lawyers living in USA and Portugal. But, you have to pass very hard exams and against thousands of people for 1 or 3 spots that can be occupied for decades, also one mistake can be the end of your whole career as a lawyer. But i'd throw it all away if i could be a vtuber, lol.

Entertainment industries change very quickly. You might see Elira being successful as she is but you don't see the hundreds of other vtuber with the same dream working really hard yet could barely got 10 live viewers per stream. I'm not saying you can't be a successful vtuber, but if you're old enough to pick your own career, then you should able to bear the consequences too. I say starting as a part timer vtuber and slowly moving to full-time when you have gather fans and constant income like pomu will be optimal?

I'm not a lawyer yet, but i got a job related to law, so i wanted to save a part to buy a computer and all i needed to start, but i can't do this right now, because during pandemy my family struggled with money and i prefer to use what i earn to help my parents, and to be honest i'm kind of losing interest in this idea now, even if it is a part time job. I guess i was only hyped at first, because i started to watch them.
