I strongly feel an urge to comment on this video because of how thankful I am that you posted it. Words cannot describe how badly I needed to hear these things as of right now. I am currently at a place in my life where all of this almost perfectly applies. I’m struggling in my relationships with my parents, significant other, friends, and mostly myself. I am an overly emotional person & I let that control the way I react in certain situations. I find it hard to think rationally when I’m overcome with sadness or anxiety. This makes it hard for me to solve any issues I may have with others. I take everything to heart. I’m beyond thankful for you Sara. You allowed me slow down & process the knowledge & information you so kindly share. In this day & age we have such easy access to all of this knowledge that we aren’t even consuming any of it. Instead we are too caught up in that “text back” like you said. This video might be the answer to a lot of my problems. Thank you again Sara. Much love

What you said reminded me of one of my psychology lessons. A person can't hear someone's problem if they have unresolved personal problems, because they put their emotional feelings there and can't *really* hear that person. In portuguese we call this "escuta limpa", "clean listening", but i don't know the right term in english.

I love this video. This is a mentality I find myself “forever” striving for with no clear path of how to get there. Thankful for your refreshing insights ❤️

You have no idea how much of an inspiration you are to me. Ur not afraid to talk abt these things on your given platform despite knowing how controversial and deep these are. I see bits of myself in you honestly, speaking what's on my mind and often trying to spread my 2 cents here and there, to raise awareness. I've always felt like I was speaking too much, too vocal or pretencious. But seeing u out here doing all of this wholeheartedly makes me feel safe and that there's someone out there who thinks the way I do and has the same spirit as me; to make the world a better place. You also taught me how to convey my feelings calmly and gracefully. U are more than ur appearance bc u have such a beautiful soul. Thank u for teaching me how to love myself and help me prevail through my darkest times. Pls keep making videos. ❤️

periodt! and i define my happiness as what i do and how i accept things bigger or small. it doesn’t necessarily need to be seen or heard. for instance, i pick up the trash and throw them in the bin when no one is watching. when i heard someone is sick even i don’t know who they are but in my heart i pray that they will be fine and recover soon. when i watch the news says there’s fire in the forest, i pray that all the animal will be safe. i appreciate all small things and effort that people do to me or to others. i like sincere and honest people. i would like to have a person who we call ‘friend’ that is reflection of myself. not 100% but at least almost. unfortunately, i haven’t found anyone yet, but i believe that those kind of people still exist. maybe you. but for now, i have my loyal ‘people’ my 11 beautiful cats. 😁🤣

this, to me, is quality content, it's so nice to listen someones genuine opinion on things that matter so much and consume us so much, but we forget to question why. and just think about it, analyse and figure out our own path.
