I have so much of self esteem issues, i am skinny as fuck and is bullied for that. I have anxiety issues too which makes things worse for me. Once we have that thing, we realise it's nothin something we never truly needed or wanted. and that it's simply not right for us. if something isn't good for you then it's not good for that thing, it's the whole vibrating on the same vibration concept. That's why it's so important to go with the flow of the universe, consciously of course. This summer has been the worst summer and the time of my life so far, lot of stuff happened that affected my mental and physical health. I've been constantly sad and depressed and it's even harder now because this is my last year of high school and I need to work really hard to be accepted to the college that I want, but I feel like I have no motivation or energy just to do so much work. You really uploaded this video on time. I needed this kind of talk from someone to really start getting my shit together. I literally lost all of my friends, stuff at home doesnt really go well so I haven't had any serious and important conversations with anyone. Thank you Sara from the bottom of my heart for uploading this and giving me the hope that I nedded to start finally healing myself for having the good life I deserve, like everyone else.
