loved this interview because it was so striped back and informative, also had the best settings where theses kind of conversations and the norm. As a community, we are so proud of Emma Dabiri and her achievements. Cant wait to read her book. The only thing I would say is the there camera person may need some practising on focusing the camera well. I felt crossed eyed at times. lol but it's all love x

I love that you where are brave to start a conversation on this! I am mixed American. (Not typical looking mixed American). I still am sensitive to this types of conversations.

A good argument for a 4 day week - 'work' a day less to take time for hair, fixing things, repairing clothes. Then you need less money for the things you are fixing. Instead of working to pay for things.

Let me assist you here Michael. Black, Irish & Not Racist. As you have pointed out yourself, this lady has grown up in Ireland, so she is speaking from growing up with a point of view of Irish People. Speaking as a white and Irish, I was suspended from school for also having my hair shaved and cut too short. Its called....Against school rules for being too short!!...This lady knows this, but has a chip in her shoulder regarding Race. I would encourage you to watch this video from Voltare's Ghost kzbin.info/www/bejne/gGqnn4CVjN6qpq8 . This shows this woman in full flight with her raciest views. Shame that it has her to be promoted by a racist network. I do look forward to the videos from this woman or should I say Cis Woman (don't want to offend anyone in todays world) on celebrating the various cultures she represents and grew up with, regardless of race, speaking as a man that grew up with both Irish and Scottish Herritage.

Joe Murphy Thanks joe for your assistance, joe ... I too would like to assist you...please seek medical advice, tell the doctor about your thoughts and your feelings. They should be able to get you some help... but hey joe, you always knew that that tinfoil hat wasn’t gonna keep out all those nasty, hateful thoughts that torture your poor sick and twisted mind. Now I’m going back to humanity...and my love of it.

Vile racist. Try looking in Nigeria and stay there since you're too much of a racist to buy from a "white-owned" bookstore.

Saw her on r.darcy earlier have to say I found the interview cringeworthy for godsake as a mixed race kid born in 1982 in Cork I never experienced that much racism it was only ever from other kids never adults, maybe emma just grew up in the wrong place compared to me😞top it off she's been in London last 20yrs and then to mention would u bring your kids back to Ireland to raise them now Christ sake the place ain't NAZI Germany or pre 90s S.Africa ffs 😲😲😢😢
