Hey BD, When using vibration motor and fatiguing the collagen tissue completely, what is the recovery time for the tissue? If I were to vibrate first thing in the morning with a pump and I then do stretch work the rest of the day, wouldn't the tissue still be fatigued enough for the efficacy of my additional work to be better than had I vibrated in the evening? In other words, vibration sets your tissue up for malleability a long period after, correct?

BD will a bullet vibrator with the range of 30-60 hz. E enough for extending with vibration? The specs for the bullet vibrator is 8cm tall and strong vibration from the entire device.

How big were you when you started and where are you now? I’m 7.5 x 5.1 with a goal of 8-8.5. X 5.75-6. Is this a realistic goal, and if so how long would this take ball park range?

@@theblazinfire836 keep watching bd and hink. Get all the info u can retain. Then get an airpump with a gauge. Having a gauge is really important. Start with manual stretches if length is a concern. If u want to continue length work, you can make a small investment in hangers or extenders, depending on the practicality your lifestyle can support. Cant emphasis enough, increase your knowledge of PE and male physiology before you start. Also, if youre overweight, try losing as much as you can first. Good luck buddy. Enjoy the gains.

Is it normal to get more edema when pumping erect vs flaccid? I can pump flaccid for like 5 sets but erect I can only do 2-3 sets max

How so? I know you’re supposed to go in erect for the set when you’re doing intervals.

@ idk it just happens that way with me. That’s just in the bathmate. Air pump is different
