Katrina Kroetch has professionally performed her unique blend of playful and whimsical magic worldwide in France, Germany, Africa, India, Mexico, and America. She’s volunteered and been an advocate for Magicians Without Borders and the non profit Emergency Circus. She has been a cast member of the international touring show Champions of Magic and a performer on numerous network television shows including Masters of Illusion and Penn and Teller: Fool Us .
Magical Katrina has lectured for the International Brotherhood of Magicians, the Society of American Magicians and the world’s largest online magic retailer: Penguin Magic. She’s also performed magic for the Academy of Magical Arts in Hollywood, California.
She is the winner of 5 different magic awards including winning first place at AbraCORNdabara’s virtual magic contest. She was awarded the Pacific Coast Association of Magicians Children’s Entertainer of the year. Despite our changing world she continues to dazzle audiences with her interactive virtual magic shows and live in person performances.

I'm pretty sure it is more of a sharing thing. Obviously the show still has the rights to it, or else they would need to pay royalties if they re-aired any episode. But they clearly must allow the acts that come on the show to use their for their own purposes, which is great and a COMPLETE 180 from literally every single other competition show. You can barely even TALK about your America's Got Talent performance in any sort of detail on your own channel.

He maintained eye contact with the magician as she guided him through the trick rather than do what Teller was obviously doing which was focusing on the cards rather than her. He was being professional as a courtesy and acting as an audience member would although he should have been paying more attention to the trick rather than her presentation. You need to seriously calm down. Being angry for no discernible reason is not good for the blood pressure.

Watching over it a second time I think that second rub was your undoing because the first one was seamless and forgettable with that awesome patter and I think Teller became suspicious after seeing the 2nd movement. Yep, "rub off" was the key point of Penn's explanation. Probably all the photos are marked with a black X, but pressing down on them against the fabric of the table, removes the X and reveals a green checkmark. Something like that. But, an enjoyable routine nonetheless. :)

Yea. I noticed when she slid it across the table it was as if she was trying to wipe the black x off the back of the card, revealing the green check. And you can also tell by the way she was handling the cards pretty carefully. I liked her dress though

Dude, the black checkmarks are just simple whiteboard markers...the green checkmark is below every single one of the X'es. The black just hides it. When she shoves the card towards penn (at the 4:50 mark) she rubs off the black whiteboard marker on one of the cards.

YOU ARE A GENIUS! This is now my number one favorite trick ever. The secret is so simple anyone could do it but it looks the most of ANY magic trick like real magic with NO suspicious extra actions. The only problem with it is even if you reduce the size to a card trick the "set up" could easily be ruined while you carry it in your wallet so it is not good for a EDC trick. But I am going to try it anyway. I always wanted magic trick that would blow people away but I could do it anytime anywhere and NOT have to practice it everyday like most other tricks. Plus once you are done people cannot insist that you "do it again".
