Took my slammed 4 3500 and did everything the same back together, but now it’s rattling when i spin the handle. Im sure i missed something but barley any videos of the slammed 4 only the slammer 3

Oh no my worst nightmare, this has happened to me recently on a daiwa exist, i opened up the schematics and cross checked every part as I re opened it, found I had lost a tiny 3mm washer, took me hours to find it hiding in plain sight. If you dont have the schematics, you can find it on google search Pull the reel apart and cross check as you go, then put back together following the schematics, hopefully this will help

Hey thank for you answer, it was stuck by rest of salt mix with grease, I had to use two spoon as lever to pop it out. :)

What grease do you use?

Cals drag grease & inox or any marine grease for gears also use Boca lighting lube on bearings & moving parts
