@@modshit_ he is now with hospice at home. He battled 18 months. Would I recommend Abramson Cancer Center in Philadelphia. No! I recommend others to get 2, 3 other opinions. Please dont put all of your focus and trust in one doctor. The one doctor we seen in the course of 17 months we seen her less than 10 times. All other appointments were scheduled with her nurse practitioner. I recommend Fox Chase un Philadelphia or Jefferson in Philadelphia. These 2 hospitals will treat you like a human being. God Bless. My mother( retired nurse) passed 4 yrs ago Pancreatic cancer. I wish her Dr. listened to her. She knew something was wrong, kept returning to him. He told her get a new mattress and watch her posture! Only a substitute Dr. filling in for her Dr. realized her symptoms and immediately sent her for testing. By then it was to late, stage 4. She always told me and I wish that she would have done this if you’re not happy with the first diagnosis get a second opinion or even a third it will not hurt.!

This story of your mother really is so upsetting to me! I hate it when Drs won’t listen or don’t believe what you are telling them. We know our bodies better than Drs do. I am currently going thru the same thing, no one and no test can find why since May 2022 I’ve got constant upper left back pain. My MRI and abdominal CT scans show all is well, but I’ve got a new symptom and that is sporadic upper left abdominal pain. I’ve asked my Dr to repeat the CT scan in 6- months and to send me to see a specialist. Your mother’s Dr that told her to get a new mattress should go back to school or be fired!

My wife took her sister to the ER because she was hurting. She thought it just bad heartburn but they found pancreatic cancer in her. It had already gotten in her liver. She was in Stage 4 and we never even knew it. She spent 7 days in the hospital and was sent home on hospice. She came and stayed with us for 3 days and on the 4th night, she had a massive stroke in her sleep. We called 911 and they took her to the hospital where she died later that day. 11 days after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, she die. That was a month ago and we are still in disbelief.

Sorry, although cancer is big business, it can’t be cured. Just because cancer isn’t a disease, it’s 1000’s of diseases , all very unique. Maybe one day we can put a halt to most cancers, not saying we can fully cure them. But if you can stop them from growing, it won’t kill you anymore and becomes manageable. I'm guessing your "research" was you typing "is cancer curable" into Google and KZbin? Because that is very common conspiracy with the informed. If you looked up the general nature of cancer - the biology of a cancerous tumor - what makes each cancer unique, you might find more thoroughly researched information. Look into why time and location are so important in regards to cancer treatment. Look into how many people are affected by cancer. Cancer is much a part of life as dying. If Cancer was the only thing people could die from, every single person would still die eventually. Cancer is a consequence of how our body's function at the cellular level.

I don't know about any cures, but POSSIBLY a prevention could be to take digestive enzymes to help your pancreas not have to work so hard and have to regenerate cells so often...the more cells are replaced, the more chance of mutations. I'm not a doctor, I don't know all the ins and outs, to be sure. It at least wouldn't be harmful to take a small dose of amylase and protease after meals, if not lipase. I use chewables atm.

Half the battle is finding a doctor who doesn't blow off your symptoms. There are ENDLESS stories online and on KZbin about patients who had symptoms of cancers and it took YEARS to get a correct diagnosis because their doctor(s) would not take them seriously.

I am currently going thru this now with my doctor. She wants to send me to a massage therapist again! I’ve been in constant 24/7 upper left back pain since May 2022. My recent MRI showed no torn ligaments, no mass pressing on a nerve. My abdominal CT scan shows my pancreas is normal despite upper left abdominal pain that comes and goes. My experience with the scientists, I can tell that the scientists are trying all they can towards fighting some horrible virus & diseases who humans think in incurable. But I think the scientists have to try and study about Natural Herbs. in 2018 I was dosage with herpes virus, and throughout the year it was terrible for me. It sounds like what is happening to me, I was operated on, after 3 months of chemo 1/2 my pancreas, & my gall bladder removed, then a further 3 months chemo, the strongest chemo legal, and while still on this chemo the cancer came back. I am booked in to radio therapy early in nov to see if they can slow it down to buy me more time, my radiologist has not given me much hope of surviving 12 months. I am like you and say that I will beat this, I have a strong mindset.. but I feel like I am being written off and am unsure where to turn next in my journey back to health.

My brother was just diagnosed with stage 4. He is inoperable right now. We start chemotherapy on Monday. We are also doing a high fiber diet with alkaline fruits and vegetables. A papaya smoothie, oatmeal blueberries and pumpkin seeds. All anti parasitic. Sour sop smoothie, sea moss gel. Lentils, quinoa and black seed oil. Also green tea 3x a day. I'm glad that she won the battle. But I wish that she went into more detail with her symptoms. Just a "stomach ache" could be anything and there are different levels of acheing. Was it burning? Was it cramping? Which part of the stomach did the pain occur? Was the pain constant or was it intermittent? Etc This was just a promo for the cancer centre

Kim, listening to your success story, I'm crying. My dad suffered. Pancreatic cancer is very cruel. He had the surgery, radiation seeds, chemo. This was early 1992. He was able to do his job from home early. He was misdiagnosed and treated for some stomach ailment. After the surgery, we all had hope. Dad and mom went to the campground most of that summer. I don't think he did any work for his job. He then got sick again. More chemo. I think radiation. I don't recall. He passed that November. Worse day of all of our lives. I have since learned about sodium bicarbonate to increase the body's pH. I am so, so glad for you. I'm sure you had a lot of people praying for you. 5% survival rate. You beat the odds! No doubt your testimony will save many lives.

Obviously - your diet ( plant based - no meat ) no processed food and no sugar or oil is key as well as exercise ( walking) and no salt or sugar . Can you please respond back to me. I have Chronic Pancreatitis and mine is chronic due to alcoholism. I had 2 seizures already and nearly died on the operating table. I was sent to San Francisco in a helicopter it was that bad. Can you please tell me more about how you got it and how it develops? I have trouble breathing and my DT'S from alcohol are not helping. My doctor told me to not stop drinking abruptly as it may cause another seizure. The only thing holding my body together is alcohol. I wish someone would tell me what to do. I went to my internal medicine doctor and had an MRI and CT scan performed. Four days later, the physician assistant told me that I had a mass in my pancreas and lesions on my liver. Hi, 4 months ago I had my first cancer Removed on top of my right kidney, was 1.8 cm RCC grade 2. Successfully removed without any issue, a month before the surgery I had AN MRI showed nothing else besides that only mass on top of kidney, I drank a bottle of red wine throughout 8 hour period while watching movies, eating fatty food, After that I’ve been feeling some weird pains on both of my rib cage sides, and on both sides of abdomen, starts 1 hour after I eat. Pain not constant, it comes and goes. Some contipation, 12 months ago ULTRASOUND showed multiple tiny polyps in gallbladder, Does anyone think it could be a sign of early Cancer putting a pressure on both sides of my abdomen?
