I don't know what all Amtrak is doing with their Genesis now, but I hope some end up at museums and maybe repainted into the Heritage III scheme seen here. They're so iconic.

You mean Phase III, Heritage III is a BNSF paint scheme, not Amtrak. Although I would love to see an Amtrak Genesis diesel in it’s as delivered Phase III paint scheme again.

One of the blunders of the 90’s was the breakup of conrail.
