Otherwise you get to hear 11 minutes of multiple people giving their speeches thanking everyone they could think of. Not that this type of crime is ok but it happens numerous times a day and on a daily basis in the U.S…thank God we don’t have to hear 25 people say “thank you” whenever they make an arrest a suspect. And just in case anyone forgot, suspects are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. (I don’t care what they say they found until he pleads guilty or goes to trial & a jury finds him guilty)

And condemning only the shooter is feeding the fury we all feel - what other recourse do we have if those in the position to do something about the problem won't even talk about it?

I have had the pleasure to work in the security and protection industry for the past twenty years or so. I have had the opportunity to work with members of the armed forces, coast gourds, law enforcement, Ems, fire department etc. The fact that this monster was caught in less than a week speaks to the fact that law enforcement and other agencies need the public help to help solve crimes high level or low level. That said the public must earn the trust and respect of law enforcement. We should never be targeted unfairly. Now that he is in custody, it is time for him to speak up and tell everything that the authorities need to know. I have nothing but respect for Governor Shapiro and other governors. Many of these governs and I must say mayors regardless of political afflation do things at the local level. Governor Menion was regarded as the people mayor. He did things to improve the lives of people regardless of their status in life. Governor Romney during the time he served did things to impact his state that are with us today. We need to see the same thing at the Federal level. Right now members of congress receive the best healthcare while many citizens do not have healthcare or inadequate healthcare. This needs to be fixed and right away. Big Pharma continue to charge us expensive price for pharmaceutics while racking up huge profits year after year. Big businesses are given huge tax cuts while those who use education to get out of poverty are prevented for getting student loan forgiveness relief. There are corporate companies who are a model to their employees and customers. There are some lousy ones. We need congress to do what they are elected to do. We need congress to call these CEOs whether they are for profit or non-profit to appear for their misdeeds. We need changes and changes now at all levels government, for profit and non-profit. Remember without us the citizens you cannot remain viable and profitable. As for members of congress if you do not do what you are supposed to do for the people like us who elected you, you will certainly kick out and people put in that will serve the interest of us citizens. We need action and action now.

In your concluding statement there is the assumption that voting out the bad ones, somehow works. When only it VERY SELDOM works. Don’t tell how you will act as a juror on the internet. It could disqualify you from being a juror.

The person who called the police is someone who got a substantial reward, and to whom this killer was a complete stranger. He had nothing to sacrifice for calling.

How much? I don’t think there was any reward

Look like I am going to have to be that guy . . . wtf is going on in Pennsylvania? These young men sacrificing their lives to be a footnote in someone else's life story.

The killer's game is over. Ending the life of someone over his opinion, taking a father from his children. He isn't a hero. He was a coward, shooting a man in his back. He wasn't too smart leaving lots of evidence and walking into McDonald's with a gun on him. My condolences to Brian's children, family and friends.

Tell that to the families of all the people who died denied health care. Such Hypocrisy. You're all in their category. Getting great health care from the backs of the ones denied.

I still can’t wrap my head around how they even thought he looked like the pictures from the media for them to think, “That’s the guy!” Because he still doesn’t look like the pictures from the media. I wouldn’t even do a double take. Everyone keeps mentioning the eyebrows, OK well in the media pictures he had two eyebrows so unless there’s a shadow in the jail that looks like eyebrow hair, this bro has a unibrow. And again you’re up north, there are Italians everywhere and they all have those eyebrows.
