Penny's IQ was unmatched considering he had the athletic scoring ability and pen point passes to dominate at both guards spots before injuries. Alot of modern-day nba fans are jaded or spoiled because he didn't post any 50point or more games and didn't take 25+ shot to get high scoring stats like alot of players after him did. He had a descent efficiency rate but it's point less in arguing with Harden, #24kobe fans and plenty of others that had 60 in a game and shot terrible percentages in crunch time in a safe era .Smh

People forget he was a point guard. The 13 assists became 26 points in the game. He wasn’t one dimensional.

Penny was a Point God and was equally as great at the 2spot. His IQ ,pull up outside shot beyond 3pt range and counter hezi moves in the mid range area gave alot of opposing defenders fits .

thanks for the vid bud! you can tell the nba knew who the people were paying to see. they were giving penny that almost jordan-esque ref treatment i still find it amazing how penny is able to back people down who are heavier (and supposedly stronger) than him despite his slim frame.

Penny could score in a million different ways if he wanted to he could of averaged 35 like Mj but Penny was more of a team player but he could do it all pass,score,rebound,block shots and create havoc in the backcourt for opposing guards he was one bad dude.
