Penny is a sure fire top 25 player all time still TODAY if he doesn't have all the major injuries he did. He and Grant Hill. I believe they both could have been top 15 or 20 ever even. Penny came into the league and was immediately top tier. For today's younger fans, he came into the NBA and was a better LaMelo Ball, who was healthier early on, with Shaq on his team. So he didn't have to drop 25-30 like LaMelo does. He could just do 20-25 and 7-10 assists. But he was an absolute menace with the ball in his hands. A legit 6'7" pass first point guard who could still score 25 in a time when not many guys could, especially point guards.
