Quick tip with penny in heist: Place barrel so the blue hitbox of it is barely touching the red hitbox of the heist safe. Stand between the barrel and safe and shoot towards heist. Insane damage and barely anyone knows about this tech.

In my opinion, master blaster is the most *overrated* star power in the game, its only good in brawl ball to defend, but other than that, you HAVE to rely on the extra damage *heavy coffers* gives you, it literally *DOUBLES* the barrel damage and you can deal *8K DAMAGE* with the damage gear which is just INSANE Its pretty hard to time it and be well positioned, but with enough practice I'm managing to completely delete mortises kenjis and Darryls.

Daddy Spen is overreacting af for Penny. I mean she def is better now but B-tier? Seriously? Let's just go through her match-ups. *Good match-ups:* • *Controllers.* Penny is controller herself but she struggled with her homies at past ‘cause her map controlling wasn’t that great and her main attack wasn’t that threatening unlike Gale/ Jessie/ Amber’s one. Now she can at least outrange majority of other Controllers so it’s safe to pick her against them. • *Supporters.* Penny is kinda good against them ‘cause Supporters like being somewhere nearby their allies so Penny will prevent that with her main attack. *Mid match-ups:* • *Assassins.* Penny lacks dps to deal with them but ‘cause of her 2nd SP («Master Blaster») and her new range, they are at least manageable for her but still not good match up. It’s not very smart idea to waste your Super every time only to have a chance to survive a Mortis/ Edgar/ Kenji/ etc attack. So Penny won’t be eliminated in such match-up but she def will struggle. • *Damage dealers.* Penny outranges majority of them but considering how fragile lil’ Pirate girl is (only 6400 hp), DDs can easily take her down. And it’s only majority, long-range minority (Colt, 8-bit, Rico) will be hard to deal with. *Bad match-ups (her counters):* • *Snarpshooters.* Yeah, her biggest counters. They not only outrange Penny but also deal a great amount of damage per shot. As I said, Penny is kinda fragile so they will eliminate her. Awful match-up, Spen could proof that. • *Tanks.* As I said, Penny’s dps isn’t impressive so it will hard for her to take down these dudes whose min hp is 10000. You can just pick Frank or freakin Doug and just run on her, and she will do nothing. • *Throwers.* Her second biggest counters since they could easily destroy her Cannon, and Cannon is Penny’s main reason why people pick her. Also Throwers just don’t care ‘bout her buff since they like hiding behind the walls. So, as you can see, Penny has a very few good match-ups and struggles against 5 of 7 brawlers types. Maybe she isn’t D-tier anymore, but she def isn’t B-tier. Mid C-tier at best.

Pennies stats are too bad very low health and damage and reload speed for her group of brawlers usually mid range brawlers have good health and damage nita has good health bad damage but very fast reload speed this is because your supposed to spam her attack but not penny second of all Penny's hp is very bad brawlers like nita shelly who have mid range like penny have good health from 7k to 8k and now realod speed Penny had one of the slowest ones which is bad for a 1960 damage brawler and unlike mortis she isn't an assasin that can unload his attacks very fast so pennz still needs some more buffs
