Her Semblance sure knows how to live up to its name just as much as Neo's, even though it's anything but. Come to think of it, Neo's Overactive Imagination is the reason why she became who she is now. And Maria's "Preflexes" is the only thing she has in the world after losing her Silver Eyes.

And it's the only time that she loses a fight. As Maria for the most part she couldn't really hit because of her semblance. Only when she was distracted is when she could even get a hit on Maria. But Penny blasting her was just epic...and it's the first time we see her aura get depleted.

Penny uses ice and wind because she saw fria using it. Also, Cinder trapped Raven in ice, and she made a tornado when fighting Neo. Clearly, Cinder and Penny have preferences tho
