The square nail is from a boat if it is copper, which by the look of it with no rust is, and that odd bit of rusty thin angle metal is if I'm not mistaken is from an old tea chest which was about 3feet x2 and half feet +/- and was used primarily for transporting tea to Australia these were repurposed after use for packing cases/boxes when people were moving house. That Square foot long big match stick thingy I reckon may well be a survey marker perhaps from when the council was sizing up the elevation and area for what ever, definitely not a tent peg. So there is still penny's out there and other coins as well Good score there Mate and Cheers👍👍👍😎💨🏴☠☮☕☕💡🌈

It's nice to know these things. When we first started there was a bloke camping in the bush near where we were detecting. This dude was so excited by what we had found and gave us a description on almost everything. I honestly look forward to these kinds of comments because half of the stuff I pull out, especially in these older camping areas, I have no idea about. Thanks for watching and contributing, mate 🍻

I’m just imagining some kid telling his mate to come down and have a few hits of the vape, and his mate telling him he’s full of shit. 😂
