Wow, incredibly impressed with Reeve's accent. As an English person with an RP accent, I was a little worried about it, but I actually think that it's really good! Just another reason to love him I suppose :)

RP stands for Received Pronunciation - it's the most widely recognised English accent. On television, it's commonly used for news readers, presenters, and characters who are thought to be of an upper class. For example, I've always spoken with an RP accent, and other children at school used to call me 'posh', even though I don't come from a high class area. Hope that helped :)

For God's sake Burton tried to teach the Victorians about SEX but they called him strange and immoral, I am surprised this movie didn't cover Burton and his ideas of how to please a woman in bed. No wonder Burton couldn't stand the Victorians.
