I'll share with you something that I have come to learn during my 41 years of life: sometimes we feel we are taking steps back but as time goes by, one comes to realize that in some weird, twisted way, those "missteps" were necessary to come back stronger. Hey Victoria, thank you so much! And you are very right, I look back on many of my "ups and downs" with that realization too. But when you're in the moment and feel that you are not doing too well, it can be difficult to remember that. But it's important to talk about and take a step back sometimes, to see how far we've come!
