I use Lanotec Steel seal on my cruiser. Then when I get home I use Citra force. Amazing stuff

You can get a genuine Toyota gearbox drain plug with magnet as the one issued doesn't have one. ROH Trek2 wheels have a bead of silicone in that rim hoop to rim center area to stop rust forming in there. Try pulling the breather tubes off the barbs & listen for a hiss of air when at operating temperature, I'll bet they have positive pressure in the housings & cases, I think the stock breathers don't breathe that well. The local cats in a 5 kilometer radius are going to love that fish oil.

Will do 1 next time I do it, basically nothing flash, clean prime and paint, all in epoxy enamel rust guard... Cheers

Thanks for the great video very informative and your right the V8-will soon be a collectors item but why sell such a good truck? I have a 2017 GXL and wondering with stock engine could I run 315/75's and a minus50 offset without power loss or is it better to go with 285's mine does have a 3inch lift. and standard 151kwt engine I do run a throttle controller

Some of the boys do run 35s with exhaust and throttle module on the pre dpf model but they don't tow.. I think you will only really feel the bigger rubber if you tow or on long steep highway hills.. The 2017s have a taller 5th gear so maybe the 285s would be better, or even the 305s

I put arb diff breather but im only going through deep floods in the city. Am i fine or there still some water going in the diff? Why does yours still have some water ?

Axle seals still let water in mate, especially on long crossings.. Cheap insurance to drain/refill after doing big crossings..
