Penrith Garbage

I've been on Aussiegarbo13's turf for this one, so I'm sure you'll recognise the same type of truck from his videos. These SITA machines look very nice, are painted with the perfect type of green and are still nice and clean :D Just looking at the size of the trucks and knowing the weight of the bins, these side loaders must have held some serious weight before the organics service was introduced.

Nice vid! Reading the description, you’re not wrong about the weight of bins pre green waste, my lga doesn’t have it yet and they have to use recycler bodies because of the amounts

It's rare that everyone in a cul-de-sac lines their bins up like that - probably an agreement between the residents and drivers? Only know of one council where it's pretty much demanded that all the bins be presented like this in c-d-sacs. Most the time the driver spends 20mins driving forwards and backwards to get to the bins if he can't be bothered to get out! lol

Great Credit to you guys, we live in a battlelax block and it P's me right off when our front neighbours park their car/s right in front of the little bit of land we have out front to place our bins on, no brains at all. Every time our bins are emptied, we have to get out of the car and move them off the driveway.... not the bin collectors fault, but I do wish, just one day, they'd place the bins on the roof of their cars to teach them not to park there again..lol

@pedigreesroyal Yeh some residents can be real shitheads - I know of some dead enders where idiots park their cars within the actual cul-de-sac itself, meaning drivers have to sometimes reverse all the way out and then reverse all the way back in. What I reckon gets residents best is crashing glass, mixed with the revving, squealing breaks and beepers like ya mentioned =]
