Thank god for your acrobatic skills, Marek. I thought you were gonna have to build an emergency raft for that huge muddy pathway there... but you nailed it 👏🏼 My technique is generally irrelevant as my dog (my trusty walking companion) tends to leap across like a maniac, despite me doing the slow tiptoe round-the-edges business, and I just get dragged thru the mud regardless. If I can stay standing, that’s a bonus. Wish I’d had the chance to learn dancing when I was a kid - something elegant like ballet... Seems I’m way better suited to mud puddles than “swan lake” 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks for another great vid 👍🏼 Cornwall looks gorgeous, I hope I get to visit someday

Good point about Flushing. I suspect the Cornwall Flushing would be the original one. As for the sketchbooks, the problem with selling the sketchbooks, is that everything I put online I have to pay postage, VAT and tax on and I am just buying the sketchbooks at normal price, so it would make them about double the price of a normal sketchbook. Excellent video. My Dad's coming to live with us. Hopefully he doesn't arrive disguised as a traveler.... Though coming as himself might not help.... I wish I'd learnt how to play the piano. Well, I did start grade one, but gave up before overcoming even that minor hurdle. I didn't realise at the time that learning instruments was a lot more fun if you didn't just have to try to copy what the squiggly shapes on the page are doing. Although you've still got to go through the incompetence pain barrier...as you and we know so well.

@@cdwc I love your piano playing Marek. Les Dawson-esque levels of skill going on there. Well, anyway, it makes me smile. :-)

I loved seeing a new town, loved Emer, and related to the guilt of tricking a dog back onto the leash. Dave seemed nice too. I started to learn Spanish when I was a kid, and I wish I’d kept it up. Seems like a lot of the comments are about regretting not learning a second language. Do you speak a language besides English?

I learnt French and Spanish at school. I am trying to relearn French on Duolingo, as well as German and Japanese. That reminds me, I must do today's lesson.
