Great show as usual from Dave, Herb and their team. I agree with Mr. Niebank's comments regarding reverbs and mixing in mono. I also share his reservations about the "loudness wars". As always I will be sharing this on my blog.

I think that ITL with Alan Meyerson on creating different levels of depth and ambiance in the mix by the means of reverb, delays and other stuff would be soooo awesome! But it's just my dream =) Anyway, a new episode with Alan Meyerson would be great, at least the 100-th episode. It would be very symbolic as well! Very, very helpful ITL this time...again!

It basically means mixing in the computer using your DAW and software plug-ins rather than outboard gear
