Labour hasn’t changed since the 70’s, Blair was a showman who simply put on a better suit and a bit of charm over it, like a cheap thin plastic veneer to cover their overspending and ruinous financial policies that meant we were in trouble before the global financial crisis, which they were warned about well before Brown sold the gold. That’s why we had to put up with austerity, that’s why the NHS is in the state it’s in now. As for the NHS, let’s also not forget that Labour sold all the hospitals to PFI, and Labour is the ONLY party in history to privatise an NHS hospital (Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Cambridgeshire). If you believe Labours lies, then you need to get a strong coffee and wake up, the Tories are barely any better, the whole two party system and both parties are corrupt beyond belief. We need a new government representative of the people and their voting, not a party that believes in its own hubris, that voters abstaining from voting for another party gives them the right to override the public when less than 20% of the public voted for them.

I worked 9 years longer than retirement age to get some savings together so I could have a half decent life in old age. I dont have a private pension, just my savings. These savings are rapidly declining as everything is going up in price. Now labour have taken my winter fuel payment off me. I was relying on it to pay my heating bills. I wont be putting on any heating this winter. I am starting to feel cold already and its only October. Meanwhile our labour MPs are taking bribes from all directions for luxuries like designer clothes, theatre tickets and holidays on top of huge salaries and all expenses paid. Im livid!

I am approaching pension age and I do not have a problem with loosing the WFA. What I do have a problem with is the crass way this has been done. There are better ways to do this so not to effect the poorest. The notion that an MP is being paid £91k plus claiming a fuel allowance is abhorrent. Who do these people think they are?

This is the problem my wife and I have. I had forgotten about a company pension that i paid into for 19 years. So for over 20 years. Then made redundant and forgot about it until 9 months before i retired when a letter arrived telling me i had a £300 pounds a month pension to come though lovely But it took us over the threshold to be able to claim any kind of pension credit nothing. But if i was working and getting the same i would be able to claim tax credits

The whole nation should stand against Labour Govt.'s winter fuel payment cuts by understanding fact that such cuts will cause them suffering & poverty in their pension age too. Stopping own pensioners winter fuel payments whilst throwing billions of pounds on non-citizen migrants & giving out billions in foreig aid, is total unjust Labour Ruling policy.
