This is my first time reacting to Pentagon and WOAH! What a MV to start with 🥵 today's video is my 펜타곤 PENTAGON Feelin' Like MV Reaction. EVERY OUTFIT SLAPS! The visuals, the sets, the fashion omfg. I'm vibing with the song but the fashion f******ck! Pentagon's styling team deserve a big fat raise!

Pentagon actually causes extra work for their stylists due to the tailoring needed for Shinwon's ridiculously wide shoulders and Wooseok's long legs. (Jinho once held Wooseok's pants close to his body and they went up to his armpits.) There are photos and behind the scenes videos where we can clearly see where they had to add fabric to Shinwon's jackets and extend Wooseok's pant legs. He either has to order pants from outside of Asia or deal with short hemlines. Wooseok also tends to wear shorts a lot and I think aside from personal choice, like Key from SHINee, it's just easier than having to locally source stylish pants that fit him correctly. There was also an article recently that claimed Hongseok was in trouble with his company for being too big - Google his name and Men's Health Korea to see what I mean :) thank you for this video!

I believe Kino might actually own that pin personally. He really loves his accessories. As for recommendations… let’s not go too far back (Humph and Critical Beauty’s style literally hurt my soul) Naughty Boy would actually really fun for you to react to tbh. The style in that one is wild to say the least. Daisy is very nice as far as elegant fits go again. I especially love the alp white moment they have going on near the end. Do or Not has some very cute styling too.

I actually loved Critical Beauty's styling - it was supposed to be tacky, retro and vivid and I think it really worked well with the song. It's definitely not giving the same luxe vibes as this release but they really nailed the 20s era inspo IMO. Humph was pretty meh though, typical 'school' aesthetic.

Outside of their two original main vocalists, Jinho (oldest) and Hui (leader, currently in the military), Pentagon is a fairly tall group. They have 3 members in the 5'10/11" range (Kino, Yeoone, Hongseok) and 4 six-footers (Shinwon, Yuto, Yanan, and Wooseok). Fun fact: Jinho, their oldest, is also the shortest at barely 5'6".Wooseok, their youngest, is also their tallest at ~6'3". Thanks for the reaction!

What a great idea to analyze the fashion in MVs, I might get addicted! And seconding what someone already said, Kino wears that pin so frequently I'm pretty sure it's his. He wears a lot of accessories, especially Chanel and Vivienne Westwood, and he seems partial to pearls. :)

Literally after watching Pentagon's Feelin' Like MV, I was hoping that George would somehow react to it and...then *boom* he drops a video! Also something that I appreciate about you as a reactor whenever you react to a new group is that you make an effort to learn the names of each member so that you can do your best to call out the looks appropriately. I love that attention to detail cuz most other reactors just ask for the audience to tell you who the members are in the MV. Anyways, thanks for reacting to Pentagon! I absolutely loooove their styling this era. SO classy. Pentagon are very versatile when it comes to concepts and I am always amazed how different their outfits can look each era. I think you need to react to Naughty Boy, I'm taking a risk here I don't know if you'd scream in horror or be impressed. The concept is.... something. He's been very vocal about his love for fashion, accessories, obsession with pearls and Audrey Hepburn is his inspiration. And he used to host a radio show and was talking about how clothes shouldn't be gendered but rather just fit your style and identity. He's awesome

Pentagon definitely matured in this comeback and we love to see it. The mv makes a very good job stating this, with the whole gallery art and elegant backgrounds concept. It was so cool to hear a reaction from a styling perspective, thanks! Also, a fun fashion tidbit: Pentagon can be a challenging group to source pants for because some members are very tall or short, so if the guys are wearing matching pants, the stylists will often chop a few inches off the shorter members' pants (Hui, 5'7" and Jinho, 5'6") to sew onto the long-legged members' pants (Yanan, 6'2" and Wooseok, 6'3" or more). Similarly, Shinwon has super broad shoulders, so they often have to cannibalize some inches from an extra jacket/other member's jacket to make things fit him.

Hello. Thank you for the amazing insights into men’s fashion. I subscribed to learn more. “Kpop” was started with the goal to fuse fashion, music, & dance into one performance so fashion is a very important aspect to kpop artists. I would be very interested in you checking out any other Pentagon mv and also their senior label group BTOB. Pentagon debuted in October 2016 while BTOB debuted in March 2012. Some of BTOB’s older videos (2012 to 2014) reflect the kpop looks common at that time but that changed to more unique looks in late 2014 to early 2015. It would still be fascinating to see what you had to say about the fashion looks in BTOB’s debut song (insane), most watched mv (wow), and their most famous song (missing you)…along with Thriller, Beautiful Pain, Beep Beep, It’s Okay, & Way Back Home.

cool video!! i loved the styling in this mv so its really nice to see someone break it down like this, especially because you pointed out a lot of things i didn't notice! i really think you should check out naughty boy, it has some charmingly weird fashion and i just think bright colors really suit the boys. maybe sha la la and daisy, too. i would say dr bebe but as much as i loved the styling for that era (lots of really cool cuts and accessories), i think the stage outfits and jacket shooting outfits were much more interesting in comparison to what was showcased in the mv.
