YES YES YES! It still works and runs great. I have not had any issues with it. I'll probably do a 1 year review on it. I ran it at least 4 days a week the whole summer and just closed the pool 5 days ago 10/8/22. I'm very OCD with my things. I'll cycle it 2 times and take it out to wash the inner basket well and I rinse the inside of the unit and then re-insert into the pool. I have had it running for 12 hours straight 3/4 of the time. I have not had any damage to the liner or anything like that. I make sure to not pull by the cord and clean it well before storing again. It was a great buy for me. 👍🏽

Hi. We have a Dolphin E10 and it looks almost exactly the same. Love it. We purchased our house with the pool 3 years ago, and knew nothing. We are so thankful for the pool now. What type of heater did you get? We would like one. Thanks so much.

Hello, we are definitely happy with the prowler. It's so convenient. We too didn't have a clue about pools or chemicals but we are getting better and also very happy about the pool. The heater was about $2,300 w/tax and it's gas operated but needed to 1. Have an electric cord added to it in order to supply power to the screen panel. 2. Underground gas line added to supply the unit. (PLEASE) find out what is the code width pipe you need as if the gas pipe is too thin you cannot hook up the heater or warranty won't cover you. Total install was close to 3k but 100% WORTH EVERY PENNY! It heats up about 2 degrees per hr more or less and can only heat pool if pump is on. It's BY FAR the best pool investment. We swim on cold days & nights and couldn't be happier. I have the exact same model, has anyone figured a way to make it run longer? I've got a 27ft above ground and this does NOT even come close to getting the whole bottom, and barely has any debris in the basket before the hour and a half run time it is up and it just sits on the bottom of the pool. It works when it's running, I love how much time and trouble it saves me from vacuuming, but an hour and a half just isn't nearly long enough. I've tried buying a switchbot to use an app from my phone to restart it without going back out to the pool, but the base power unit is has a very cheaply applied plastic face where the power button is and the switchbot just pushes the plastic face up instead of the switch down.

I am very satisfied with this model also. It has not stopped or broken down. Not even when the remote is left in the sun. YOU ARE 100% RIGHT! I wish there was a feature to leave it on longer. I never thought about smart switch. Great idea though. I don't mind turning it on since I'm home and have the kids reset it too.

Hello Mark, The way I was instructed from the manufacturer when I called was to SLOWLY & GENTLY pull the cord plugged to the unit. Because it's in water it will not cause damage to it. Once the unit starts to make it to the surface near you, just reach in (carefully) and grab it by the handle and pull it out. I too was wondering how to get it out the water since it states not to pull on the cord which is why I called the manufacturer. I haven't had any issues thus far. I hope this helps

Hello Kay Masta, You pull on the cord SOFT..... VERY VERY SOFTLY! pull on the cord bringing the machine to you very slow to not damage the cord or machine. Then when the machine is close you can pull it out by the handle. It says so in the manual. I've been doing it since I have bought it and I have not had any problems so far and still works great. I hope the info helps.
