What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in this video, we're in Cornwall, at Devon and Cornwall Police's Penzance Police Station, first encounter from a paranoid police woman here with her refusing to identify herself, and another officer who was also a bit paranoid.

If these vehicles are private they shouldn't drive them on public roads, they're getting filmed by CCTV constantly.

when they fail to identify you should tell them ok now you’ve refused to identify i will be reporting you to professional standards and will be sending this footage as evidence because you have no respect for the public and you are breaching your code of ethics

The question is, is it illegal to videos private cars? For some reason the auditors never ask that question at least from what I've seen.

Nope, no law against it, they aren’t even private cars, they are registered to the DVLA, which is a public body

You need to up your game a bit. Demand they I.D. BEFORE engaging in any conversation. If any of them fail to identify properly, then you are under no legal obligation to say anything to them as they are then impersonating a Police Officer. ONLY THEN carry on with your excellent Auditing style by not giving them any real information, because you know you don't have to. Have a look at ''Power to the Proletariat''.

I thought police officers should look smart, some even wear ties, this bloke looks like he is a scarecrow model. They need to earn our respect and being a Gummage lookalike is not a good start
