Wait until rates go lower and housing prices stays high and everyone who is in financial trouble or wants to finally capitalize on their 50% house value increase refinances.. that will bring inflation down right?

I'm not optimistic one way or the other in future for "many" rate cuts, but I'm not the people she is talking about. Let's see the data before predicting the future, unless they are psychics
