These kinds of performances are actually what make walkways colorful. Imagine all by yourself walking and all you see are people on their phones or talking with their friends. I also tried performing many times and got mocked for it, but there would always be someone there to stand for me. It’s been a few years and I can defend myself and others. Yesterday I saw a kid trying to show off his skills in the cafeteria but got bullied so I started to push away the bullies and talked to them politely. When they didn’t listen I took matters into my hands and started beating them up. They ran away and I got along with the bullied victim pretty well

Along with talent, what I really respect about street performers is their courage. To be able to stand infront of strangers and perform for certain time with no certainty of how everything will proceed is truly inspiring. It may sound like a child's play to some (idrk), but even standing on a platform to speak a few words infront of the ppl you know gets the speaker to feel nervous and then there are street performers who break through/try to cope up through all of this and do their best. It requires a strong belief in themselves and the talent as well as the skills they have and being able to maintain that daily is so admirable.

I cant afford my own speaker and many people have said to me to sing louder when I try my best...it ain't my fault. 0:26 I don't usually cry but when I saw this....it literally broke my heart and had tears on my eyes.... I don't usually hug people but if I was there,at least I'd had hugged her to not to give up and applaud her even tho I'll be seen as crazy. I did this once when it was a late night show and a classical dancer was dancing nicely but since she fell because of one mistake she lost her confidence and later stood up again and danced. Almost all crowd was quiet and me and some gentlemen and ladies were the only one who gave heavy applause for her amazing performance and later all started applauding after us... Cause at the end even coming back to this girl whom i was talking about in this video, She ain't begging in front of anyone saying she's blind, instead using her talent given to her by god and using it to make money and making a living with dignity. I don't usually show my softer side to anyone being an Asian man, but in front of such people I'd rather show them. Cause at least for a moment they might think of us as angels or god sent people even tho people call us heartless, and I belive that happiness will come back to us as a blessing. And I'm speaking this by my experience,so do try this out....the euphoria you'd feel will be on another level and you'd never regret doing this.

I feel bad for street performers who get treated like shit but I feel even worse for those who give that treatment to street performers. People who mock street performers have nothing better to do with their own lives.

Shame on the people that spread hate... Performers work day and night to make their needs meet, they earn a miserable amount and even receive less self-esteem than others...but still people dont understand their problems

You are saying as if one million people who watched this didn't have respect for them to begin with. I know I did and still do. Sure, not everyone did but I think a healthy amount of people already did.

The blind man doesn't deserve to be called names at. I feel so bad for him. Instead of judging them, can't the people just appreciate their hard work and show respect? It's difficult to feel normal after getting bullied. But it's easy just to say a few kind words that will make the person's year.

its just so unthoughtful for people to disrespect street performers, its like insulting your best friend because of something that isn't a big deal. They just want to make ends meet like agon said

it's really hard to even have the courage to perform in the streets in public knowing that there will be people like them trust me! I'm too shy to even sing in front of my parents! sometimes I wish that scientists legit categorize these people as a whole another living species cuz I'm disgusted to be a part of a community with people like them! we need more people like Agon!!!!

These people are so mean, when they don’t realise: 1) they are just playing on the streets minding their own business, and they are not begging. 2) they are REALLY talented performers. 3) They have talent unlike these jobless people. 4) FREE music.

We didnt care about them when they here, now we miss them after covid removed them from the streets. If you ever visited a street where there were usually many performers, you wld feel like part of the street has gone, guving an eerie empty feeling
