Parents who post suggestive images of themselves and lie that their CHILD did it need to be investigated...

Can you explain how it was suggestive?
@leaderlamby6 ай бұрын
@TedExTheGreat Well there were multiple instances of it, I was speaking very generally, but the one where the mother claimed she asked her teenage son to post a picture of her and a baby and it was just an ass shot was absolutely inappropriate. So was the one of the ig mom saying her two year old was taking all those pictures of her. In their story, they are suggesting that their own child, most of the time underage, finds them attractive enough to take inappropriate pictures of them. Absolutely nothing about that is okay.

There was recently'ish a developer here in NZ that 'accidentally' removed an old and protected tree from the property they were developing, and just said oops sorry and paid the fine. It's clear they saw the fine they had to pay was no surprise and they just saw it as part of their investment costs. Most of them are greedy and unethical people.

Doing stuff like that in Canada can have serious consequences. You don't get approval and have an "accident" the courts will "accidentally" fine you or take away your license(s). 10:40 Accidentally writing in the wrong language can happen. But writing in a fictional language with a wholly different alphabet doesn't just happen.
@TheLurkerFox6 ай бұрын
I mean- Fictional maybe, but regarding the different alphabet, I have had times where I start writing things in Japanese or Russian. Either coz my keyboard is set to those languages on my phone and I see the letters and brain farts into "Oh right we intended to write in that language" until I am like "I am speaking to a brit, why the fuck would I need either of those?" Or if I am writing notes for myself, start writing in the wrong alphabet and go "MEH I know these languages, I can just write the shopping list in this, good practice all the same" and keep going- A fictional language? YEA my ass. Coz people who are fluent in a language can think in that language, so the writing mishap can happen if you are actively or passively thinking in it. That is a proven thing for bi-linguals. But you'd have to be fluent in Falmer to write a shopping list in Falmer, and since the game has no option to learn Falmer, coz there is no in-game dictionary, you can't be fluent in Falmer, so you physically can't fuck up like that.

I've been making my own conlang for the past 8 months or so, and when I needed to brush up on some German for an exam, it did actually happen a few times that I thought of the fictional conlang word for something instead of the German word, and it got just to the tip of my tongue before my brain rerouted and went "no, wrong language." But that's MY LANGUAGE, LOL! I'm the one making it, so of course I think about it a lot! It's also the only language I've tried to learn in many years, besides that little bit of German. Writing out a grocery list in a conlang without realising is unbelievable. And if not just because it simply... wouldn't happen because come on, then because of that HANDWRITING! I do NOT believe someone confidently banged that out, that script is written in such an unconfident manner, it's massive, looks like whoever wrote it was so hung up on the little bells-and-whistle details to the point that the overall scale and straightness of the script was overlooked.

I have in fact accidentally written in it. and i've used it so often to the point I mix it up with english or forget a friend can't read it etc. Accidentally written college notes and my shopping lists in it before.

If they get "cute" and send you another that is JUST the Richard, go for how wrinkly the skin is. Never ever compliment the Richard, unless you are moving on for a troll line. I would almost believe the tray of sausage rolls story if they didn't feel the need to make it extra ridiculous by making it "a week". My boyfriend left his pizza leftovers in the over once, with the cardboard box and the knife he used inside and i didn't notice that the next day when i turned on the oven to make something. Though within 10 minutes of doing that, i started smelling hot plastic and had a look in the oven, then immediately turned it off and took the box out. But bro... come on... a WEEK ? Are they implying that they and multiple other people, left an overn on for a WEEK. Which kept triggering the fire alarm, but nobody at any point: smelled anything, decided to turn it off or looked inside ? And they typed that and thought "haha yeah so believable, i didn't forget my sausage rolls, these just appeared out of nowhere a week ago and nobody noticed the oven baking something for a week." I would also like to know why so many people who work from home say shit like "whoever said the holidays were slow :)" NOBODY SAYS THAT. Anyone ever who has had at least one job knows the holidays are they busiest times. It adds nothing, it doesn't make you look productive, it just makes the whole post look dumb.

My old boss is a real estate agent, and he once sent me details about a commercial lease that he was working on with a client. I was like, “uh, you sure you sent this to the right person?” He was like “omg I’m so sorry 😂😂😂” we both had a good laugh about it

I am an RN, and I work with a Nurse Practitioner named Michael. My son is also named... you guessed it, Michael. Even though I have the NP's full name and title in my contacts, I was distracted by a patient while texting (after hours) the other day. I sent a message to remind me to do something when I get home to my son. I received a text back from the NP saying, "If you think it will help". I had accidentally texted the wrong Michael. I am usually aware of the name issue, and I am very careful, but mistakes do happen, and wrong texts can occur when someone is right above or below the intended recipient. Or if there are multiple conversations going on at once. Luckily, I know him well, and he has a sense of humor. He also knows I do a dressing change after hours for one of our patients, which is why I was still at work while everyone else was happily at home, so he was probably a little more forgiving.

Ok. I have accidentally posted stuff before. But it's usually when I'm in the middle of making the post, and I drop my phone and accidentally hit post. I know this sounds stupid, but it has happened more then once. I usually have to delete the post, so I can redo and finish the post before posting it properly.

The craziest thing I find out some of these "accidents" is they point out the error and apologize in the same message. That's not how that works. If you notice the error before sending it then you don't send it, you don't add an apology to the same message and send it anyway. Peak stupid. Like those people who pretend to be talking out loud or saying stuff they didn't mean to in text formats. "Oh my, did you hear that? Silly me~"

14:42 If this guy knew that he was sending this message to the wrong person, it means that he read what he wrote and in the same message before sending he apologized saying "wrong person" magic.✨

19:23 as a manager at a grocery store, I can assure you, myself, the workers, and other adults didn't care. Some of the kids may give a second look, but that's about it. Unless it's impractical, lewd or rude. The thing has no pockets (that I can see). Seems pretty impractical. 😅

1:04 This profile pic update has a caption meaning he uploaded this image directly as his profile pic without doing an image post first. So he "accidentally" uploaded this image, cropped the image into the circle format of the profile pic, added this caption about how it was an accident, then posted it anyway.

10:40 I used to write lists, notes, and whatever I was working on at the time in one of three different letter replacer fonts like that. Not on accident of course, just to help me keep in practice with them so I could just read them without having to stop and translate them. I used them for making handouts in my d&d games for writings they'd find in other languages.

To be fair on the "are you sure you wanna upload to Facebook thing" I was playing a TCG and it asked me if I wanted to buy a pack for gems. I didn't want to buy that pack and I clicked yes anyways. I had two chances to not. And my dumb butt did. Human error sure is fascinating.
