This is so real. I am 65 years old. I have seen all kinds of shoppers including the types shown here. I just don't feel like laughing. It is indeed very sad to see the plight of the retail clothes dealers like this. My akka, who is now 76, had this bad habit of going to silk saree showrooms in Chikkapete and spend whole day "trying" to shop. She would spend hours in one show room.making thw salesmen bring down every possible saree which remotely meets her request, open and drape and show..then sho would ask for sarre of one colour with another border with another palloo...endless. she would have no intention to buy to begin with. In the end she would go home without buying anything, but feeling very satisfied. I have few friends of similar nature. I speak of only women here, as I have no deeper understanding of men shopping. (My husband happily leaves his shopping to me😂). On occasions when these women do buy, the bargaining is another story. Out of sheer frustration the seller would give away at hefty discounts and that is an achievement for my friends. In India batte angadi people have a lot of respect to customers and go out of the way to meet their demands. But most customers take it for granted and misuse that service sector. For them the trash that is sold online is the correct match.
