Y’all should visit Waverley Hills Sanatorium in Louisville/Jefferson county Kentucky. 4400 Paralee Drive, Louisville Ky. It opened in 1910 as a 2 story hospital to 40 - 50 tuberculosis patients. In the early 1900s Jefferson county was ravaged by an outbreak of tuberculosis. It is said to be one of the most haunted places in the world. It was closed in 1961. There was a murder or suicide of a nurse in room 502. Legend says the nurse found out she was pregnant by the owner without being married and had contracted tuberculosis so she hung herself with a light bulb wire outside the room she was in at the time. It has been a TB hospital, nursing home, a failed religious monument, and now a paranormal investigation site. Definitely would be a great video. I live not too far away. There has been many deaths there. That’s why they say it’s so haunted.

I mentioned this in a previous comment on a Exploring Abandoned Buildings video, but watching you in these situations, just takes me back to when I was 13, and my family had just moved to a new house/neighborhood, and there was an abandoned house next door. It had been damaged by a fire, and was all boarded up. Just getting in through these man-made barrios, was the beginning, then finding our way through the dank debris strewn about the the entire structure, with nothing but candlelight to guide our way, which felt somewhat ironic, given that it had been the victim of a fire, and you could smell the charred wood throughout. I think that's a big part of why you guys appeal to viewer, you bring to mind that sense of adventure that is part of every kids youth. You guys are very good at drawing us into these adventurous/sketchy situations, and conveying the atmospheric feel of the experience. Guess I'm trying to say, you guys are just fun to watch, and deserve all the accolades you've received as you've risen to the top of the KZbinr food chain. So I hope you keep doing your thing. There’s an abandoned insane asylum called “The Ridges” in Athens Ohio.. I don’t know if they use it for tours or anything but on the top floor there is a stain from where a dead body had laid there for over a month.. the asylum closed in 1993 because many on the building near it were donated to Ohio University.. people claim that they see figures in the windows though..
