If I have a probability machine I would use it to 1. Make probability certain that all bunkers can stand 999 trillion nuclear bombs for 999 trillion years. 2. Make probability certain that all bunkers have probability control. Automatically makes probability certain that radiation disappears in 1 second. 3. Make probability certain that all bunkers are extremely underground.
