None of these hold a candle to the rusted 1985 Ford Escort I once lived in. The leaking windshield allowed a small botanical garden to grow on the passenger side carpet.

5:50 for anyone curious that Tent was designed and engineered so when there's a disaster (hurricane, earthquake, etc) and all the buildings are wiped out, emergency responding groups can rush there, inflate the tents and soak them to set the concrete and they'll have a secure protected area where they can do things like store food, create operating rooms, etc. without having to worry about finding a structure that survived or setting up a less reliable structure.

Living in a cave, or a stone dwelling is neat, and just plain smart because the stone acts as very efficient insulation. My family and I lived in an old house that had stables, and chicken coops made of large limestone blocks. In the summer it was very cool in there, and warm in winter. I only wish the house would’ve been made of stone as well. 😊

I noticed that too because I am very interested in learning about South Africa. I know that you are now a brick Nation with a gold-backed currency. Y e a h on both accomplishments. Read a library book maybe 3 or 4 years ago by a Swedish fellow who gathered hard data from around the world and showed that the world is in a much better place t h a n most leaders think. His son and daughter have carried on his work. He foresaw great things for Africa. Think about the fact that at one time the American continent and the African continent were joined at the hip so to speak. Sadly America is still enslaved with our current government structures in place. Maybe it's time for the new world to return to your old world with trade and ideas of freedom that got b r e w e d here. Just learn from our mistakes and creating your own new old world.

Many urban apartments have only a single large window ... which is very much like living in a cave in terms of natural lighting. If the cave is equally dry and includes electricity and plumbing, it may have an advantage over the urban apartment because it is probably quieter (no neighborly noise coming through the walls).

I bought a Semi Trailer last year to store my product review items (I'm a former Vine Member) and we are in the process of starting the work to turn it into a livable home. It's in great shape and has electricity so it's the perfect project and this video has given me so many good ideas! My current home used to be a church so it's pretty neat but I can't wait to customize this trailer! I might buy another one or a couple shipping containers for an expansion. We are retired young enough to still have some fun now that our kids are grown with their own families & I can't wait to get started!

@@nickauclair1477 Thanks, I know! I am the one that recommended it to you all in the first place! The problem is this friggin' Austrian postal service. They sent the last four packages back to the US! (Ordered it from Iherb.) I wasted almost a year waiting for it. Also, it is very wet where I am and it would not last more than a few hours. I still have some and I need it to cover Mozart with. (my cat) It keeps the flees and ticks off of him. I dread the they I don't have any!
