Tell yourself, “I will love and accept myself unconditionally, no matter what.” Even if you want to change, that’s ok. Then say, “I will love and accept myself unconditionally whether I change or not, no matter how I am or where I am in life.” That means there’s no conditions that need to be met in order for you to love yourself.
