I am also craving one right now (Mango is my favorite flavor). I don't like the sound of 'Boba' tea, I prefer to say Bubble tea or Pearl milk tea. Why are most of these commentators saying that 'Boba' Tea comes from Thailand, no it does not! Boba tea originally came from Taiwan and the creator is Lin Hsiu Hui, don't believe me search it up.

At some stores, you can choose the amount of sugar, what toppings, cold or hot and with or without the pearls. Freshly made ones are the bomb. Taro is my favourite, same as Hong Kong styled milk tea

Boba is just the name for the tapioca pearls. Some Americans call it bubble tea, like I do. Some Americans just like saying boba (I reckon because it's shorter). Either ways, the original name when translated would actually be 'pearl milk tea.' It's a matter of what you prefer, I guess. Some people get iffy that Americans call it 'boba,' but like...its got boba in it anyways so it's not much of a stretch.

I got a Boba tea today. I got the milk tea with tapioca pearls. The tea had a funny but interesting taste. I didn't drink much of it. But, the pearls were too chewy for me. I'm just weird and have texture issues so it might not be the place but my taste. I would love to drink it tho, it's so cute!
