I understood the suitcase one this way: Sometimes a suitcase alone would be too little to weigh accurately (or so? I'm actually not sure?) and that's why the guy weighed himself first without and after with the suitcase to subtract his own weight from the combined weight in order to get the accurate weight of the suitcase. Let's say the suitcase weight limit was 10kg and the suitcase was a bit heavier than that, it wouldn't change anything if he stepped on the scale again in the morning. Sure, *he* might be a bit lighter and it would make for a bit of a lower combined weight but the suitcase would still weigh the exact same and be over the limit unless they actually take something out of it to make it lighter. And also, a dumb story from my own life: I was once invited to a birthday party and kept stressing because I was running a bit late. No, he'd probably would weigh less in the morning. That's the best time to weigh yourself, since you probably have "fasted" all night(hence the term breakfast, i.e. break fast) Use the bathroom & weigh nude if possible. Your weight will be more accurate. Then weigh yourself with the suitcase.

I was in Digital last year at school and there were 3 computers in front of the teachers desk in the way where the teacher and the students were facing each other. I was sitting on the one furthest to the left.
