Well, a gouty foot this morning would have been the worst for him. Not being able to go for a walk, he would still be in his hous while it was on fire. Not being able to walk out for safety or even call for help because he clearly misplaced his phone (otherwise he would have immediately filmed the fire). So yes, gouty foot would have been way worse for him personally. For the paramedics it would be "luckily just one body in the whole house"
