I have. Snapped that is. Feels okay at the time, not later always, though some people came back with their tail between their legs and behaved better. So perhaps clearly letting them know that such behaviour is NOT OKAY to anyone, was a good thing. I never name called, or got personal; always stuck to the facts of the situation. First story. OMG PTSD from 25 years of call center trauma! I once got a raging bigot on the phone, calling in to complain about how there were foreign language channels on his cable service, this is ‘Murica where we only speak English (like that’s a good thing?) and how we need to stop illegal peoples from coming here. He wanted us to stop encouraging immigrants by stopping the inclusion of non English language channels! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ When I informed him that none of our packages excluded all foreign language channels, he asked for a supervisor. The person who got the supervisor request was really one of the most karmic events that I got at that particular call center. Speaking for myself, this supervisor could read me the phone book and I would happily have listened, because his voice was That Lovely. And very much not born in ‘Murica! I straight up giggled when he picked up my line, and I made sure he had all the details before bestowing the bigot upon him. Sadly didn’t get to stay on the call to listen to dudebro’s head explode 🤣🤣🤣 5:31 Pain In The Ass 😁

How are you doing sweetie? How are you feeling? In this very first story, that was very rude and disrespectful for that customer to do something like that. First of all he was completely s*x*st because he kept on getting annoyed by all of those women whom he was talking too, and secondly I believe that he's always h*m*ph*bic too by the way he just hung the phone up when the guy answered the phone. In the second story, all of the medics thought he was a body because his head was covered with a sheet. I love you!! Have a great day!! Stay safe!!
