Thanks my friend! I just want to say that it’s a very messed up and sick society we live in because the majority of people actually secretly want to defend their traumas at an unconscious level. It’s kind of crazy that the ‘norm’ most have been brainwashed to believe is to be tired and depleted at the end of every day. This is living backwards. We are actually all naturally suppose to feel great. Our natural state is feeling great. Health and wellness start to go downhill when we neglect personal care, diet, and particular lifestyle habits. Most people would rather be with toxic people than be alone, and it’s understandable, but still. It’s a choice. We can grow out of the old habits.
