Back to Basics

Sometimes I think we don't look at the basic things as accomplishments.
We are sometimes to busy thinking or trying to do the big things we use todo. With Meniere's that can cause stress and trigger and attack. In this video I talk about going back to basics. Just the simple things and look at them as giant accomplishments.
Because we don't always get to do what we want.

Well said! Been having some rough weeks but I made cookies today and I felt proud. Silly I know but I truly love cooking and baking and it brought me some normalcy and accomplishment ♥️ Yes better days are coming 🙏
