For the point about holding a phone n recording the chat at 9:00, there’s suspicions about the guy recording with glasses? Like those google glasses or something with a small camera because of how the camera moves with his point of view ie turning his head n looking around during a conversation. His tiktok page is full of these chatting up videos and in one of the videos, someone actually calls him out like “are you recording me?” Or something along the lines of a blinking light coming from his glasses.
