This movie was so entertaining. I feared it would be dumb but it was really funny and even moving at times. Watched it mostly for Jodie and she did not disappoint. Since this interview the girl won her second BAFTA for Help and 4 awards for her stage debut in Prima Facie (including Olivier Award which is British equivalent for Tony Award) which starts previews on Broadway tomorrow.

Either way, it feels like she’s sold out. She’s great on screen and is a master at the accents but I do think she should just be herself when being interviewed. Weird comment and she's an incredible actress she's won awards for killing eve, this is her first big Hollywood film and Ryan has been doing press like this for years you need to chill out. I recommend watching her work before passing judgement. Weird that you felt the need to comment so much shit honestly.

@@charleyc2501 The thing about acting was obviously an irony. I haven't watched her movies, but she looks good in the trailer, I'm assuming she's a good actress. You said she's won awards, this means she definetely can act. I'm saying the interview is super awkward on her side. Ryan tries to entertain the audience or the jorno but she doesn't engage at all, very little smiling and so on. It's just not easy to watch her in that interview, she looks super bothered (or annoyed) by smth. My guess - by Ryan jokes, seems she finds them offensive. Metoo crap lurks somewhere there (or not), I'm just speculating. Just watch the original interview, it's super cringe up until half the time, you'll notice what I'm talking about

@@lespukh, baloney. These interviews are notoriously insipid, and Comer is clearly being very careful with what she says about her first big budget film. How can you not understand that? Reynolds has done dozens more film interviews, even for disasters like “Green Lantern” that he makes fun of himself. If you haven’t watched “Killing Eve,” you have no concept of the talent she has. Why comment on something you clearly know nothing about?
