Gotta give credit to Monroe's character too. He's betrayed by his own men, men he called his brothers, while he starts talking about his own ideals and how he's just trying to be a good soldier by helping others and it shows throughout that chapter what kind of a man he is. And even after all that shit, he STILL refuses to shoot his own men. Damn good character.

I have no idea how Rockstar achieved it but during chapter 6 when everything is coming to an end I just feel like crime and money are totally worthless, I can't state how much I don't care about money and how much I do care about making Arthur change his life and help people out before he dies, I feel like both Arthur and I feel like we don't belong to the outlaw life no more, we just want to make things right.

@HomekittyL25 жыл бұрын
I think he automatically becomes the minimum weight after his TB starts really fucking him up towards the end. It's why his cores drain faster and eating food and smoking only help out a little bit (and why he'll cough after eating) his body can't really take food because he's sick.

This music was just perfect. There's an upbeat theme to it. This is Arthur turning 100% into a good person. Saving Monroe because he was a good man. The music says that to us. This is it, all those shooting skills, dead eye upgrades, all that cooked food, all those unlocked talismans and bought upgrades, is going to be used for good! Time to put the bad men into the ground because you're badder than the baddest. Time to turn his life around while he still can! The music is telling you, "What you wanna be a good guy now?? , when you've been hit by TB!?? after all this bullshit!! Well be my fucking guest, here's your horse and your gun, you already know how to use this shit!, watch out , start running, here they come!" There's even a speech from Charles about how Arthur has time to make a change in his life thanks to the fact that he knows he's not got much time left. I knew I was going to be damn sad and proud of Arthur.

What I love must about captain Monroe is how well he parallels Arthur. A man who bought into the myth of his organization only to be betrayed. Monroe however sticks to his ideals in the face of betrayal by refusing to shoot his men. He ends up serving as role model for us the players. Arthur may be surrounded by bad men but he doesn’t have to be bad himself. Unlike Dutch who is only as good as the man whispering in his ear

RDR2 is really realistic and detailed, that some people find it slow and boring, god of war came out at the worst time, competing with a lot of multiplayer games and still managed to scoop the shelfs, they're both great in their own way and it's tough to select one over the other because they're really different, although i personally enjoyed RDR2 more as well.
