Causing A Feud

The plaintiff says the defendant is her neighbor, who she claims hired a tree service that damaged her fence. She says both the defendant and the landscaper have refused to cover the cost of a new fence, so she’s suing. The defendant says her landscaper denies damaging the fence, which she claims is old and rickety. She says there’s no way she’s buying her mean neighbor a new one.
