The plaintiff claims she bought the defendant, her friend, a phone with the agreement she'd pay her back. Unfortunately, the defendant failed to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff gave her the phone as a Christmas gift. The defendant believes the plaintiff only asked her for payments because she needed rent money. The defendant is countersuing for defamation.

I always avoid people like the plaintiff. To go from being so close to make the defendant the god mother to all of your children to busting her windows, making false abuse accusations, embarrassing her publicly on social media.
