Pep has never done it mate, at barca he did it with the best possibky players he could have and as soon as madrid set the season of the records with mourihno, pep said it was to toxic and left. Took over prime bayern, couldnt win the champions league in a club thats expected too and just had and said things got toxic and left. Went to man city where there was no expectations, a club that bought a year worth of players and coaches for him before he joined to lure him in. He has quite literally gone onto fifa career mode, set fhe difficulty to amateur and chosen the best teams in the world with unlimited funds everytime hes won. Now hes on a slightly harder difficulty with still a great team and he cant do it. Imagine him porto, inter or dortmund

Before he was appointed Narca had a high quality but was lost all sort of motivation and discipline. Players like Ronaldinho and Deco were washed up, and were bad examples as locker room leaders. Often coming to training drunk and coked up. He had to rebuild that team
@toastiebacon69912 күн бұрын
@AO_Rourke OK... so a bit of history for you pep was the manager of the Barcelona youth team at this time, in this squad he had about 60% to 70% of the players he brought into his main barca team and are now known as some of the greatest players in history and barcelona has always had amazing youth recruitment. Before he had the job, barcelonas main team played peps youth squad and got smashed. When he took over his squad basically became his youth squad he had played with for a while and we know how good they are with the edition of inheriting world class players from the main team with no only a ballon dor player but ballon dor contenders to integrate into his team and the ability to get rid of those that didnt fit his system immediately. So really you can say what you said but with actual context that's how it is

Here’s a conspiracy theory for you. City signed Pep on one of their ‘special’ contracts in 2016, unaware that they were gonna catch 115. Knowing they could no longer fiddle the books to pay him, they sign him to a “new” contract, then sack him, thereby making the "illegal" excess he would've been owed on his original dodgy contract, a "legal" severance package. Kinda like how they manipulated Mancini's contract and payouts. I know this is wildly speculative, but would be a nice way to manipulate FFP.

That's bullshit, the media and rival fans are ramping up the Pep this the Pep that cos they want him out so their team might finally win something once Pep has gone. ARSENAL will never win the league and will only be a top 4 side looking at there style of play, no set piece only team has ever won a league, facts. Liverpools to lose to Chelsea this season and then 24/25 season City will be back after a quick rebuild and players ins n outs.
@brendan9563Күн бұрын
Pep is still there and not looking likely to win anything. The point people are trying to get across is the fact that great managers find solutions to these situations but Pep himself said he does not have a solution to what's happening. That is a huge problem that indicates he knows how to drive a well oiled machine but does not know how to fix the machine when it breaks down. When things get tough he gets up and leaves like he did at Barca and Bayern....not the best manager. Other greats know how to fix a club going through a dip...Pep doesnt
