There is a problem with not having a good back up for Rodri, but I think Pep will be able to find that. He won 2 titles without Rodri. The main problem I see is that he is not able to get the prime KDB back and with that there is a significant reduction in the quality of chances created. KDB doesn't get enough game time now and when he does, he creates chances but not at the same frequency as before. He doesn't make in the runs often, he doesn't try to find space, and the form city are in also is not helping. It has made the team overall be more safe while attacking.
