Oh, I also made your peppermint bark whoopie pies. SO So soft. I wish I had made them a bit smaller for the Christmas season because people usually eat more than one variety at a time during the holidays. But they are the perfect size for other times. So I will add that note to my recipe. I always add lots of notes once I make a cookie to ensure success next time.

I made these for my church's coffee bar and they were a Huge hit!! Followed the recipe but used peppermint melting wafers in place of the white chocolate and they were amazing! Thanks Sam! 😘
