Peppermint Crisp Fridge Tart (Tennis Biscuit) | South African Recipe

Peppermint crisp tart is a trifle no-bake fridge tart that's layered with tennis biscuit, cream, caramel, and peppermint chocolate.
Ingredients
1 or 2 packs of tennis biscuits
500ml whipping cream
3/4 can caramel treat (condensed milk is a great substitute)
1 slab peppermint chocolate
