My Italian-American heart breaks with that pasta 💔 🍝 🇮🇹 A few years ago, I was at a friend’s house helping her and her sister make dinner. They chose to make spaghetti and were talking about breaking it, and I say “why would you break it?” and they say “well how else do you get it to fit?” so I took over and showed them how to slowly shift the dry noodles into the boiling water so it softens and bends to fit the full length. Totally blew their minds.
